How to Perfectly Apply False Lashes Using Eyelash Glue and an Applicator

Choose the Right Lashes

Start by selecting a pair of lashes that complement your eye shape and the look you’re going for. Trim the lashes to fit your eye length if needed, ensuring they sit comfortably along your lash line.

Apply the Eyelash adhesive

Squeeze a small amount of eyelash fixer adhesive onto a clean surface or the back of your hand. Using the tip of the lash band, gently dip it into the glue, applying a thin, even layer across the entire band. Pay special attention to the ends, as they tend to lift first. Let the glue sit for 5-10 seconds. If you apply the lashes too soon, the glue will be too wet, causing the lashes to slide around and not adhere properly.

Use the Eyelash Applicator

Once the glue is tacky, use an eyelash applicator to pick up the lash by the center. This tool allows for better control and precision compared to fingers. Place the lash strip as close to your natural lash line as possible, starting from the center of your eye.

Secure the Lashes

After placing the lash, use the applicator to gently press the band into place, starting from the center and moving toward the inner and outer corners. Ensure the lash is secure by lightly pinching your natural lashes and the false lashes together with the applicator. This creates a seamless blend. Once the lashes are in place, allow the glue to dry completely. To hide the lash band, apply a thin line of eyeliner along the base.

With practice and the right tools, applying false lashes with eyelash glue and an eyelash applicator becomes a quick and easy process.
