Returns & Refund

You can return a product within 5 days from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the products were wrongly sent, are defective, or were damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Products with obvious signs of use or sealed products that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery. 

An unboxing video is mandatory for customers to claim any defects, missing products, or damages.

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
